Last week former PM Johnson took to X to say:

"I firmly believe Covid was caused by a lab leak. The Chinese owe us proper answers and our Government should start demanding them."

Interesting timing, given the fact that only the day before it was revealed that a classified dossier compiled by Sir Richard Dearlove, the former head of MI6, was passed to then-Prime Minister Boris Johnson at the start of the outbreak in March 2020 which stated: ‘It is now beyond reasonable doubt that Covid-19 was engineered in the WIV’.” (Wuhan Institute of Virology)

It appears then that Johnson is trying to cover his back, and have us conveniently forget how his CCP-inspired lockdown butchered our liberties and livelihoods.

Congratulations Canada

Yesterday bore the welcome news of Justin Trudeau's resignation as leader of the "Liberal" Party of Canada, and the calling of an election for 24th March. As the longest-serving leader in the G7, Canadians have suffered under his corrupt authoritarian regime since 2015. Since his time in office Trudeau has presided over open-door immigration, a spiralling cost of living and an acute housing crisis. (Sound familiar?) Attempting to award a $900 million contract to a charity linked to his family, pressurising the Attorney General to drop a corruption investigation and holidaying on the private island of a philantrhopist in receipt of Canadian taxpayers' money can be listed amongst his many other achievements. Well, what to make of that!? As Trump returns to the White House, let's attempt a brief dissection of what we heard yesterday, and grade The President’s executive orders from a Libertarian perspective: Free Speech, A* Immediately following the obligatory heralding of a “Golden Age,” playing up to all the pomp and ceremony of the occasion with promises of putting “America First” and making her “the envy of every nation,” Trump’s first pledge of substance was a promise to end the weaponisation of the justice department. The President fervently championed the constitutional right to free speech and decried the overreach of the previous administration, promising to stop all government censorship. Great to see this at the outset of his policy announcement, full marks here.
